Join Our Team as a Professional Services Engineer
We are seeking a dynamic Professional Services Engineer to join our team at NXLog. In this role, you will be instrumental in delivering top-notch technical solutions to our customers, enhancing customer relationships, and providing expert advice on our cutting-edge products.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with Sales and Pre-Sales Teams: Work closely with sales and pre-sales teams to create compelling product demos that showcase the capabilities of our solutions.
- Engage with Prospective Customers: Understand customer needs and propose tailored software solutions that meet their specific requirements.
- Lead Technical Discussions: Focus on deployment models and integration options, ensuring seamless implementation of our products.
- Post-Sale Support: Provide project documentation, system design, and best practices to support customers after the sale.
- Conduct Training and Presentations: Deliver product training and presentations to customers, ensuring they are well-versed in using our solutions.
- Process Improvement: Continuously seek improvements to processes and suggest innovative solutions to enhance our service delivery.
Requirements
- Experience: 5+ years in software engineering, product support, or professional services in enterprise IT security. Familiarity with SIEM/log management products is a plus.
- Skills: Strong customer service orientation, relationship-building skills, solid communication and presentation abilities, excellent problem-solving skills, and time management.
- Technical Proficiency: Proficiency in Linux, networking protocols, SSL/TLS, and log management tools.
- Language: Fluent in English (written and spoken).
- Education: Master’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field.
