As an R&D Engineer at Vredo, you will be at the forefront of innovation, working on projects from concept to realization. Join our dynamic R&D team in Dodewaard and contribute to the creation of advanced machinery for the agricultural and green sectors.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and Improve Technical Concepts: Work on the design and development of agricultural machinery, translating customer needs into concrete designs.
- Technical Calculations and Simulations: Perform technical calculations and simulations to ensure the feasibility and efficiency of designs.
- Material and Component Selection: Choose appropriate materials and components for the machinery.
- Technical Specifications and Drawings: Prepare detailed technical specifications and drawings for production.
- Prototype and Testing: Oversee the prototyping and testing phases to ensure the machinery meets quality standards.
- Collaboration: Work closely with colleagues from various disciplines within the organization.
- Stay Updated: Keep abreast of the latest developments in agricultural technology and the green sector.
What We Are Looking For
- Educational Background: A completed technical education at least at HBO level in Mechanical Engineering, Agricultural Technology, or a related field.
- Experience: Previous experience in a similar role (Lead Engineer, R&D Engineer, Project Engineer) within machinery, agriculture, or related sectors is a plus.
- Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, creative thinking, and an innovative mindset.
- Communication: Excellent communication skills in Dutch and English.
