Job Overview
Join Iv, a leading engineering firm, as a Senior Inventor Modeler specializing in infrastructure projects. In this role, you will work on prestigious projects ranging from complex steel and movable bridges to massive lock gates and other hydraulic engineering structures. You will design all levels of detail for steel structures and mechanical components using Autodesk Inventor.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate closely with designers, engineers, and other modelers within the organization.
- Maintain communication with clients and other stakeholders.
- Deliver custom and innovative designs and advice for the construction and maintenance of sustainable infrastructure.
- Work on projects like the Nieuwe Zeesluis IJmuiden, Zandhazenbrug, and the Panama Canal lock gates.
- Develop and apply the latest technologies to provide ready-made and sustainable solutions for today's and tomorrow's societal challenges.
Qualifications
- MBO/HBO degree in Mechanical Engineering or Civil Engineering.
- Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience as a modeler in the field.
- At least 2 years of experience with Autodesk Inventor.
- Problem-solving, stress-resistant, accurate, assertive, communicative, and a team player.
- Excellent command of Dutch and English.
