Senior Category Growth Manager

The role of Senior Category Growth Manager is crucial in driving business growth above market average in the DACH region (Germany, Austria, Switzerland), focusing on the categories of Price, Presence, and Promotion.

Responsibilities

Develop and implement business plans and category marketing strategies.
Create and execute powerful initiatives within the 4Ps (Product, Place, Promotion, Price).
Implement Go To Market strategies for new products or channels.
Develop pricing strategies and trade arguments, focusing on mix and SRM.
Define product list prices and check trade margins.
Establish core assortments for Coty categories.
Develop and implement innovative launch and secondary placement concepts (both in-store and e-retail).
Create growth-oriented channel marketing strategies.
Track sales and inventory of initiatives.
Calculate and monitor P&L and ROI of initiatives.
Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Instore Excellence, Finance, Supply, and global Marketing teams.
Evaluate projects based on sales data.
Plan, monitor, and manage in-store promotions and budgets.
Support Key Account Managers in strategic meetings.

Experience in the beauty industry is preferred.

Leadership skills with responsibility for about 3 employees.
Excellent team-building and development skills.

Language and IT Skills

Proficiency in German and English.
Proficient with MS Office and familiar with IRI, Nielsen, GfK Panel, and SAP.
