About The Role
As a Category Director, you will be responsible for building and executing growth strategies for your category. This involves sizing and prioritizing opportunities, projecting sales figures for new products, and collaborating with product managers and marketers. Your role will be pivotal in refining the business model, testing hypotheses, and conducting data analysis to improve customer journey metrics.
Responsibilities
- Build growth strategy for your category.
- Partner with product managers and marketers to define offerings.
- Execute growth strategies across various teams.
- Continuously refine business models and pricing strategies.
- Provide actionable insights and strategies across the customer journey.
You Should Have
- 8+ years of professional experience in product management or e-commerce marketing.
- Bachelor’s degree in an analytical field; MBA preferred.
- Experience in tech, healthcare, or consumer startups is crucial.
- Strong quantitative skills and proficiency in Excel.
- Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
