Join Our Team as a Senior Consultant in M&A Advisory
Are you ready to make an impact in the world of mergers and acquisitions? Grant Thornton Germany is seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior Consultant to join our Advisory team, focusing on M&A. This role is based in Hamburg, with options to work from Berlin, Düsseldorf, Frankfurt, or Munich.
About the Role
As a Senior Consultant in our M&A Advisory team, you will:
- Advise and Support Clients: Work with national and international clients on complex corporate transactions, representing both sellers and buyers.
- Manage M&A Processes: Take responsibility for managing parts of the M&A process, including market analysis, company evaluations, and financial modeling.
- Conduct Due Diligence: Lead due diligence efforts and support contract negotiations up to the notarization of agreements.
- Develop Financial Models: Analyze business fields and develop financial models to support strategic decision-making.
- Collaborate with Teams: Work in national and international teams to execute Financial-Due-Diligence projects.
- Create Sector Studies: Develop studies and analyses for our focus sectors.
What We Are Looking For
- Experience: At least 2 years of relevant experience in M&A, Corporate Finance, Investment Banking, or Deal Advisory.
- Education: A degree in business administration with a focus on M&A, Corporate Finance, Accounting, or Auditing.
- Skills: Strong numerical and analytical skills, excellent communication abilities, and proficiency in German and English.
- Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with MS Office, databases, and data analytics tools.
