With over 250 employees across multiple global hubs, including Amsterdam, you will be instrumental in ensuring our IT systems are robust, scalable, and secure.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage Cloud Infrastructure: Oversee Loop’s cloud-based systems, particularly within the Microsoft Azure environment, ensuring they are robust, scalable, and secure.
- Optimize System Performance: Implement seamless IT operations that support our high-growth trajectory, and provide expert guidance on advanced IT tickets.
- Collaborate and Educate: Work closely with IT Specialists to develop long-term solutions for recurring issues and deliver tailored training sessions to maximize the team’s use of cutting-edge tools.
- Technical Support: Serve as the primary point of contact for IT-related queries, providing technical support across teams.
- Enhance Workflow: Collaborate with various departments to ensure IT systems improve workflow and efficiency.
How You’ll Succeed
Success in this role will come from a blend of technical expertise and strong interpersonal skills. You will report directly to the Senior Manager of IT, collaborating across the organization to translate complex technical solutions into clear, actionable steps. Your proactive approach and attention to detail will ensure our infrastructure scales seamlessly with business growth, while maintaining a strong focus on security.
Required Skills and Experience
- 8+ years of experience with cloud platforms, particularly Microsoft 365 and Azure.
- Certifications such as CISSP are advantageous.
- Deep understanding of both Windows and MacOS, including MDM, scripting, and system optimization.
- Expertise in automation and scripting (Python, Bash, PowerShell) to improve efficiency.
- Strong network management experience, including DNS, VPN, and firewalls.
