Senior Workplace Intune Engineer

Job Overview

Join ING Nederland as a Senior Workplace Intune Engineer and become a key player in our Workplace Services and Employee Experience tribe. You will be responsible for maintaining and enhancing the digital workplace for over 60,000 global ING employees. Key Responsibilities

Service Maintenance and Improvement: Work as part of a cross-border squad to maintain and improve our services, ensuring high employee satisfaction.
Feature Development: Stay ahead of SaaS vendor releases and develop new features to enhance our services.
Automation and Security: Develop robust and secure services through automation and simplification.
Vendor Collaboration: Engage with key staff and product groups from major suppliers like Microsoft.
Regulatory Compliance: Ensure thorough administration and strong processes to safeguard client data.
Agile Working Environment: Work in an agile environment, taking proactive actions in projects and tasks.
Global Service Support: Participate in a rotation-based scheme for solving 3rd line incidents and administration.

Qualifications

Education: Degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, IT Audit, or related field, or equivalent work experience.
Experience: At least 5 years in similar roles, with expertise in Microsoft 365 technology in enterprise-level organizations.
Certifications: Relevant Microsoft 365 certifications.
Technical Skills: Proficient in PowerShell and Azure DevOps pipelines for automated deployment.
Regulatory Experience: Experience in highly regulated environments like financial institutions.

Personal Skills

Continuous Learning: Regularly attend conferences and meet-ups to improve skills.
Stakeholder Management: Ability to manage stakeholders at all organizational levels.
