Job Overview
HireArt is seeking a Senior Python Developer to join an on-demand, autonomous ride-hailing company. This role focuses on Incident Management Tooling within the engineering team, aiming to build robust internal tools that enhance operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain web-based applications that support various departments.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand their needs and provide technical solutions.
- Improve the efficiency of internal processes through innovative software solutions.
- Develop full-stack applications using modern web and Python technologies.
- Solve complex technical challenges to deliver consistently great performance in a large and constantly evolving application.
Requirements
- 6+ years of relevant experience in software development.
- Proficiency in Python, TypeScript, HTML, and CSS.
- Recent experience with Vue.js is essential.
- Experience with a collaborative codebase, including design reviews, documentation, performance monitoring, and maintenance.
- A user-centric approach to product development.
- Outstanding verbal and written communication skills.

Work Environment
This is a full-time, ongoing contract position staffed via HireArt. The role is hybrid, requiring 3 days onsite (Monday to Wednesday) in Foster City, CA. Candidates must be local to the area.
