Responsibilities
- Algorithm Development: Design, prototype, test, deploy, and productize algorithms.
- Software Engineering: Contribute to a robust and scalable C++ codebase, implementing state-of-the-art practices.
- Mentorship: Provide guidance in software and algorithm engineering domains.
- Innovation: Propose and prototype novel methods for localization, pose metrics, and other related topics.
- Presentation: Share designs, challenges, implementation details, and results during reviews and technical meetings.
- Tool Development: Create tools to eliminate repeated tasks.
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Computer Science or equivalent.
- 5+ years of C++ development experience.
- 2+ years of experience with localization fundamentals like Bayesian filtering, SLAM, ICP.
- 2+ years of experience working with hardware and robotic platforms.
