Arrow Electronics is seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior Sales Engineer to join our AI Services team. This role is pivotal in providing technical direction and business guidance to our channel partner community across North America. As a Senior Sales Engineer, you will be responsible for partner enablement goals by driving innovative services programs and overseeing day-to-day services account-level activities.

Key Responsibilities

• Partner with Sales and Marketing Teams: Develop and implement specific industry and account penetration strategies, produce account-specific services and sales enablement plans, provide assessments, and drive leads from identification to sale completion.
• Technical Leadership: Provide technical leadership and direction to channel partners and sales staff with services activities in the assigned market on behalf of Arrow's AI Vendors, including Nvidia, IBM Watson, Microsoft, and ecosystem alliances.
• Solution Design and Demonstration: Lead in the discovery, analysis, design, demonstration, and refinement of fully integrated services solutions.
• Technical Expertise: Demonstrate technical expertise in AI, ML, and Data Science/Data Strategy.
• Consultation and Presentations: Act as a technical expert and consultant to develop and propose solutions that meet the technology and business requirements of assigned channel partners and their end users. Make technical and sales presentations to channel partner's technical and sales staff.
• Content Creation: Work with Arrow marketing teams to create and produce digital channel-ready technical content that is published to Arrow social media sites and networks.
• Relationship Building: Successfully build relationships with the Arrow account team, partners, and end users in support of services sales objectives.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 6 years of related experience with a 4-year degree, or 4 years and an advanced degree or equivalent experience.
• Real-world AI/ML project end-to-end experiences, including designing, building, and validating successful AI/ML solutions.
• Proficiency in Python, MySQL, Github, Git, GO, ETL, OLAP, RDBMS, Scribus, AWS, Azure, Google, or other platforms and programming languages.
• Proficiency in AI/ML frameworks, Scikit-learn, Tensorflow, Pytorch, and Hugging Face.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills for coordinating across teams and with stakeholders.
• Ability to travel 10% or more of the time.

Work Arrangement

This is a fully remote position, but candidates must be able to travel to an Arrow office location as requested by Arrow leadership.
