About the Role
As a Senior Software Development Engineer, you will play a pivotal role in launching and supporting the BeyondTrust SAAS system. You will be part of a dynamic team responsible for designing, developing, delivering, and maintaining a cloud-based software solution using modern orchestration technologies. This position offers a unique opportunity to step up as a technical leader, tackling cloud-scale challenges and delivering a cutting-edge secret management solution as part of the SAAS offering.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and Development: Design, build, and maintain highly scalable and resilient full-stack platform components, services, and orchestration.
- User Experience: Deliver outstanding user experiences for complex web-based enterprise applications.
- Technical Leadership: Contribute to system design and provide technical leadership for increasingly complex projects.
- Requirements Review: Review functional and technical requirements to identify gaps and limitations, propose simplifications, and communicate ideas effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Quality Assurance: Pursue high quality by leveraging engineering best practices.
What You’ll Bring
- Experience: 5+ years of experience delivering and supporting enterprise-ready cloud-based systems.
- Technical Skills: Proficient in modern JavaScript frameworks with a deep understanding of Angular, RxJS, and NgRx. Experience in developing API services and working with scalable microservices architectures.
- Cloud Expertise: Experience working with AWS, Google Cloud, and Azure public cloud providers.
- Optimization: Experience with performance optimization techniques for web applications.
- Programming Knowledge: Knowledge of C#, Go, or Java is preferred.
- Agile Environment: Experience working on an Agile team in a continuous integration and development environment.
- Testing: Familiarity with unit testing frameworks and end-to-end testing tools.
- Security: Prior experience in security or secrets management solutions is preferred.
