Amazon WorkSpaces enables the provisioning of virtual, cloud-based desktops for users, eliminating the need for hardware procurement and complex software installations. This service supports Microsoft Windows, Amazon Linux, and Ubuntu Linux desktops, accessible from multiple devices or web browsers. As the End User Computing market rapidly grows, AWS offers a unique opportunity to solve complex problems related to secure, reliable, and scalable solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Dive deep into complex technical problems, driving system optimizations and enhancing operational excellence.
- Collaborate with team members to enhance skills and expertise.
- Develop and maintain software systems, ensuring they meet high standards of quality and performance.
Basic Qualifications
- 3+ years of professional software development experience.
- 2+ years of experience in design or architecture of new and existing systems.
- Proficiency in at least one modern programming language such as Java, C++, or C#.
- Knowledge of professional software engineering practices, including coding standards, code reviews, and source control management.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience building complex software systems delivered to customers.

Compensation
The base salary for this position ranges from €129,300 to €223,600 per year, depending on location and experience. AWS is a total compensation company, offering equity, sign-on payments, and a full range of medical, financial, and other benefits.
