Your Responsibilities
- Collaborate with your team to develop contemporary software solutions for key IT initiatives.
- Adapt your role as needed: whether as a coach, coder, motivator, sparring partner, or tech lead.
- Lead software development, programming, code reviews, deployment, and migration to a microservices environment together with your agile development team.
- Advocate for the power of agility. Utilize and continuously optimize agile methodologies such as Scrum or Kanban.
- Develop lean, scalable, and robust code and create corresponding unit and integration tests.
- Contribute to the technical design and implementation of fascinating product features in close collaboration with our IT, product, and marketing teams.
Requirements
- Several years of hands-on experience in enterprise web and backend development with expertise in Java / Golang, Docker, Kubernetes, Cloud (any major provider).
- Demonstrate a solid understanding of software engineering, particularly in migrating to and developing sustainable, distributed IT systems.
- Ideally, several years of experience in technical and/or leadership positions in an agile environment.
- Preferably experience in the SRE field, such as with site reliability, Prometheus, Grafana, Loki.
- Minimum of B2 German.
