Your Mission

As a Site Reliability Engineering Manager, you will lead a skilled DevOps team, driving projects and ensuring alignment with company goals. You'll participate in strategic decisions and represent the engineering team in critical discussions.

Responsibilities

Lead and mentor a team of engineers.
Ensure project deadlines and OKRs are met.
Coordinate with multiple teams to reduce development bottlenecks through innovative tools.
Advocate for DevOps culture and continuous improvement.
Manage incident responses and system migrations.

What You'll Bring

Proven leadership in managing technical teams.
Adaptability in a dynamic environment.
Expertise in DevOps practices and tools like Kubernetes, Ansible, and Terraform.
Strong understanding of cloud environments (GCP, AWS, Azure).
Knowledge of database technologies (MySQL, PostgreSQL, etc.) and scripting languages (Bash, Python, etc.).
