Your Mission
As a Site Reliability Engineering Manager, you will lead a skilled DevOps team, driving projects and ensuring alignment with company goals. You'll participate in strategic decisions and represent the engineering team in critical discussions.
Responsibilities
- Lead and mentor a team of engineers.
- Ensure project deadlines and OKRs are met.
- Coordinate with multiple teams to reduce development bottlenecks through innovative tools.
- Advocate for DevOps culture and continuous improvement.
- Manage incident responses and system migrations.
What You'll Bring
- Proven leadership in managing technical teams.
- Adaptability in a dynamic environment.
- Expertise in DevOps practices and tools like Kubernetes, Ansible, and Terraform.
- Strong understanding of cloud environments (GCP, AWS, Azure).
- Knowledge of database technologies (MySQL, PostgreSQL, etc.) and scripting languages (Bash, Python, etc.).
