Role Overview
As a Staff Full Stack Software Engineer at Quora, you will be part of the Poe team, focusing on advancing our AI-driven platform. This role involves:
- Collaborating with designers, product managers, data scientists, and other engineers to deliver innovative products for bot creators.
- Designing, building, and maintaining APIs and tools that enhance the developer experience and facilitate the integration of new AI models.
- Engaging in full-stack development, ensuring both robust backend functionality and seamless front-end user experiences.
Responsibilities
- Collaborative Development: Work closely with various teams to ideate, design, and deploy new features.
- API and Tools Development: Create and maintain systems that enhance external developer interactions with our platforms.
- Integration of AI Models: Facilitate the seamless integration of new AI technologies, enhancing the platform's capabilities.
Requirements
- Available for meetings during Quora’s coordination hours (9am-3pm PT).
- 7+ years of experience in large-scale web applications.
- Proficient in React, Typescript, GraphQL, and Python.
- Strong passion for learning and improving team dynamics.

- Deep interest in AI and developer ecosystems.
