Team Leader (m/w/d) Examination Department
About the Role
We are seeking a dedicated and innovative Team Leader for our Examination Department at the Handwerkskammer Region Stuttgart. This full-time, permanent position is based in Stuttgart, Germany, and offers a unique opportunity to lead a team in a dynamic and supportive environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and Develop the Team: You will be responsible for the leadership and continuous professional and personal development of the Examination Department team.
- Strategic Orientation: Focus on future-oriented and efficient alignment of our examination processes with a strong emphasis on customer and service orientation as well as digitization.
- Collaboration: Work closely with volunteer members of our examination committees, district craft associations, guilds, master schools, and other teams within our vocational education department.
What We Are Looking For
- Educational Background: A completed degree in economics, social sciences, or law, or a comparable qualification.
- Leadership Experience: Initial experience in leadership roles and ideally, solid knowledge in the specified areas of responsibility.
- Customer and Service Orientation: Strong customer and service orientation with innovative ideas.
- Team Motivation: Enjoy working and communicating with your team to motivate them towards common goals.
- Technical Skills: High IT and process affinity with good analytical and conceptual skills.
- Personal Attributes: High level of initiative, resilience, and diplomatic skills.
