Role and Responsibilities
As the Director of User Service Backend Operations at MISUMI Europa GmbH, you will be tasked with establishing and leading a high-performing organization. Your primary responsibilities include strategic planning and development of services, ensuring alignment with related departments, and overseeing team leaders to achieve KPI targets.
