Tech Lead Front-end (H/F/X)
ekinoAbout the Role
As a Tech Lead Front-end at ekino, you will be a pivotal part of our engineering team, focusing on front-end technologies such as Angular and React.js. Your responsibilities will include leading the development and redesign of websites and business applications from scratch, ensuring they are adaptive to multiple devices. You will also be tasked with setting up scalable, extendable architectures and maintaining high-quality, well-performed applications.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the design or redesign of websites and business applications using Angular and/or React.js, focusing on multi-device adaptability.
- Develop scalable and extendable architectures.
- Manage high-traffic and performance issues, as well as eco-design considerations.
- Work with modular architectures and reusable components (NPM libraries and Storybook).
- Address accessibility and security issues, particularly with ISO 27001 standards.
- Mentor and support junior team members in their technical development.
- Ensure technical management of one or more projects.
- Oversee the CI/CD pipeline.
About You
- Strong expertise in front-end frameworks and a good overall vision.
- Motivated by knowledge sharing while maintaining a technical focus daily.
- Excellent communication skills and a key focus on code quality (patterns, TDD, significant and relevant test coverage, end-to-end tests).
- Proactive in technology watch and encouraging team evolution.
- Positive attitude, as it is contagious.
