Job Overview
As a Technical Project Manager at Red Bull, you will be pivotal in managing engineering and technical projects at our production site in Austria. This role involves ensuring full technical availability and includes the design and installation of new production equipment, process improvements, and building expansions.
Responsibilities
Project and Program Management
- Coordinate and align with project teams and stakeholders at our production site.
- Implement and apply project management methods to support and lead the global Premix Production team.
- Manage the entire project lifecycle from initiation through planning to successful implementation.
Collaboration and Presentation
- Maintain contacts with partners and stakeholders in collaboration with department heads and operational managers.
- Regularly report on project timelines, processes, and data, preparing reports for top management.
Required Knowledge and Expertise
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a technical field (preferably in Engineering or Project Management).
- Fluent in German and English.
- Strong technical understanding of manufacturing processes and engineering/product design.
- Experience in leading or participating in interdisciplinary projects on a global scale.
- Proficient in project management methods (CAPM, IPMA, practical experience).
- Experience with data systems like SAP, MS Office, Jira, and Confluence.
