About the Role
As a Senior Program Manager in our Central Operations team, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing program execution and driving success. You will leverage your strong program area expertise, foster collaboration across functions, and lead a program team to achieve their goals. Your responsibilities will include developing and managing program plans, mitigating risks, adapting to changing circumstances, and ensuring measurable results.
Main Tasks and Responsibilities:
- Lead a program/project in Rides Operations and coordinate with stakeholders cross-functionally.
- Provide consultation and expert inputs to Driver Growth processes globally and locally.
- Build collaborative relationships with Driver X Product, Country Operations, Marketing, Driver Lifecycle, and other relevant teams.
- Provide visibility into Driver Growth metrics and program progress on a regular cadence and ensure alignment with strategic goals.
- Manage work streams of projects led by the Central Driver Growth team aligned towards domain KPIs (active drivers, activations, funnel conversion, etc.).
About You
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in program management or a related field.
- Demonstrated expertise in a relevant program area.
- Proven track record of successfully delivering complex programs on time and within budget.
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
