Responsibilities

• Swab the decks: Collaborate with product, analytics, and marketing teams to develop campaign tracking and marketing dashboards.
• Find the treasure: Discover strategic insights that give us a competitive edge.
• Batten down the hatches: Transform our audience into superfans.
• Lower Jacob’s Ladder: Engage with potential users and convert them into regular customers.
• Find the tradewinds: Analyze business data to identify new commercial opportunities.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in Data & Marketing Analytics within a technology environment.
• Expertise in customer understanding, 1st-party data, segmentation, and targeting.
• Strong partnership skills across product marketing, product management, engineering, analytics, creative, and lifecycle marketing.
• Ability to distill complex data into actionable strategies to drive growth.
• Deep understanding of user funnels and analysis, including knowledge of tools and customer actions.
• Strong presentation and organizational skills.
• Ability to communicate complex information to business leaders.

Compensation & Benefits

• Salary: $180,000 - $190,000 yearly USD plus a performance-based bonus.
• Vacation: 144 hours of accrued vacation time to start.
• Holidays: 12 paid holidays per year.
