About the Role
The Commercial Products Associate is a pivotal role within our organization, directly partnering with Sales, Client Services, Performance, and Editorial teams to strategize and configure digital campaigns. We are seeking a motivated individual who can adapt quickly and thrive in our fun, fast-paced team environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate directly with Sales to build strategic proposals that align with client targets and performance goals for both digital and print opportunities.
- Coordinate with the design team to develop mock-ups for proposals.
- Assist in maintaining a repository of templates and standard language for proposals.
- Prepare custom content for unique inquiries as needed.
- Support the Commercial Product and Client Services teams in proposal reviews to ensure content is complete, accurate, and maximizes business opportunities.
- Assist the Product team in launching new programs, working directly with Editorial, Sales, and Client Services teams.
- Oversee the launch process for print publications, coordinating with Editorial, Sales, and printing vendors.
Desired Skills & Experience
- 2-4 years of experience in the digital media industry, preferably with a publisher or agency background.
- Strong understanding of client KPIs and the ability to strategically align products with core KPIs to achieve campaign success.
- Proven ability to communicate concerns/issues effectively and manage requests professionally.
- Strategic thinker with a solution-oriented mindset.
- Ability to multi-task and thrive while juggling multiple projects.
- Responsive, adaptive, flexible, and proactive.
- Accountable for work and takes responsibility for the success of the business.
- Top-notch customer service skills; positive, energetic, dependable, and resourceful.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines, maintaining keen attention to detail.
- Highly proficient in platforms such as Microsoft Office Suite (especially Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, and Excel), Zoom, and Monday.com.
- Knowledge of print publications is preferred.
