Job Overview
We are seeking a CCaaS Engineer to join our Customer Interaction Platform team. This role is ideal for an enthusiastic and resourceful IT Engineer who is passionate about software development and customer interaction. Our goal is to provide our agents and customers with a seamless omnichannel experience. We aim to build high-performing, self-steering DevOps teams where each member takes responsibility and is eager to learn. Collaboration is key, and while each team member shares their expertise, they also have their own specialism.
Key Responsibilities
- Take end-to-end responsibility for the design and development of software components based on the CCaaS/SaaS platform NICE CXone for our contact center.
- Utilize knowledge of audio/SIP architecture and protocols.
- Choose and manage tools and technologies to build and support a robust infrastructure.
- Implement integration patterns between CCaaS/SaaS and Azure.
- Identify bottlenecks and improve the performance of applications.
- Ensure the developed software and implementation have the appropriate controls to comply with our security requirements.
- Ensure all necessary monitoring and backup solutions are in place.
Your Profile
- At least 4 or 5 years of experience in this field, particularly in implementing contact center software.
- Experience with CCaaS, such as NICE CXOne.
- Proven experience with the implementation of software integration patterns based on REST services and API Gateways (Azure API Gateway & APIGEE).
