Business Analyst - Data Analytics & Visualization

As a Business Analyst at Novo Nordisk, you will be instrumental in driving the digitalization of our processes within the GCM Devices: Technical Operations department. Your role will involve understanding customer needs, collecting and preparing large data sets, and conducting data analysis to develop data architecture frameworks that ensure data integrity and quality. You will convert data into actionable business insights and visualizations, aiding informed decision-making and enhancing the performance of our global production network.
Key Responsibilities
- Data Management: Develop and maintain data architecture frameworks. Manage large datasets and ensure data quality and integrity.
- Visualization and Insights: Create and develop dashboards using tools like Tableau, Alteryx, and PowerBI. Visualize performance metrics to aid decision-making.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Work closely with stakeholders to understand their challenges and needs. Develop solutions that align with business goals and enhance operational efficiency.
- Innovation and Improvement: Drive innovation in process digitalization and data quality. Engage in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance business processes.
Qualifications
- Academic degree in Data Engineering, Data Science, Business Administration, Computer Science, Finance, or Economics.
- Experience with business intelligence tools in a GMP-regulated environment.
- Strong analytical and critical thinking skills.
- Proactive and self-driven with excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
About the Department
Located in Hillerød in newly built facilities, the GCM Devices: Technical Operations department is responsible for installing new capacity and maintaining equipment at contract manufacturers globally. The department plays a crucial role in supporting the growth and scalability of operations in a sustainable and effective manner.
