Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and manage cloud-based infrastructure on AWS, focusing on Kubernetes for orchestration.
- Extend expertise to on-premises deployments, ensuring efficient deployment and management in Kubernetes environments.
- Collaborate with software development teams to support infrastructure needs of custom-made services, ensuring optimal performance and reliability.
- Develop and maintain secure, scalable, and resilient infrastructure architectures for both cloud and on-premises environments.
- Proactively identify and implement infrastructure improvements to enhance performance, reliability, and cost-efficiency.
- Offer expertise in infrastructure hardware management, particularly for on-premises deployments.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field. A Master’s degree is a plus.
- Extensive experience with AWS services and Kubernetes, including deployment, management, and optimization of containerized applications.
- Demonstrated ability to design and manage high-availability cloud environments.
- Solid knowledge of on-premises infrastructure principles and challenges.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and strong communication abilities.
