Role Overview
As the Director of Product Marketing at Dropbox, you will lead a dynamic marketing team focused on product positioning, messaging, and go-to-market strategies for our innovative solutions. Responsibilities
- Leadership & Vision: Articulate and execute the vision for the product marketing team, aligning with Dropbox's overall business goals.

- Sales Enablement: Collaborate with sales teams to create effective sales tools and resources that highlight Dropbox's value proposition.
- Messaging & Positioning: Craft compelling narratives that resonate with customers and differentiate Dropbox in the market.
- Competitive Analysis: Conduct thorough market and competitor analysis to inform strategic decisions.
- Content Development: Oversee the creation of marketing materials such as pitch decks, data sheets, and case studies that support sales and marketing efforts.
- Campaign Execution: Partner with the demand generation team to design and implement marketing campaigns that drive product awareness and adoption.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with various internal teams to ensure alignment and synergy across all marketing initiatives.
- Training & Development: Lead training programs to enhance the sales team's product knowledge and selling skills.
- Performance Metrics: Define and track key performance indicators to measure the effectiveness of marketing strategies.
Requirements
- Extensive experience in product marketing, particularly in a leadership role.
- Proven track record of successful product launches and marketing campaigns.
- Strong analytical skills and ability to use data to drive decision-making.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Experience in B2B marketing and working with sales teams is highly desirable.
