As Manager, Digital Experience & Engineering, you will manage the digital development team and collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive digital experience enhancements the creation of new digital experience products and capabilities.

How you will contribute to what we do:

• Act as the primary steward for website data layers and the Customer Data Platform, guaranteeing accurate data capture and effective segmentation for personalized customer experiences.
• Mobile platform expertise: deep knowledge of mobile platforms (iOS, Android) and best practices for building compelling mobile experiences.
• Utilize advanced data analytics to automate product ranking, strategically positioning items within categories to streamline the customer journey and maximize conversions.
• Drive customer-centric optimizations through targeted UX/UI enhancements,
• Collaborate closely with web design teams to elevate digital experiences.
• Enhance website performance and envision a comprehensive digital product strategy aimed at delivering exceptional user experiences and meeting business objectives.
• Help Marketing and Customer Experience team to develop detailed customer journey maps to optimize marketing touchpoints and drive conversion rate optimization, fostering increased engagement and sales.
• Oversee the development and implementation of mobile app products and experiences in tandem with managing the roadmap.
• Provide technical leadership and guidance to the development team.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest digital technologies, trends, and best practices, and make recommendations for improving existing products and processes.

About You:

• You have a BS or BA degree from accredited college or university in computer science or related field.
• You have (10) plus years of experience as a development manager and five (5) plus years in digital experience product development.
• You have relevant experience within the commercial real estate industry in digital marketing, e-commerce, or web product development roles.
• You understand the software development life cycles (SDLC)
• You have a strong understanding of technology and integrations (e.g. APIs, SDKs, etc.)
• You are very familiar with web technologies, including HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and content management systems.
• You have experience with customer data platforms (CDPs) such as TreasureData and familiarity with data management best practices.
• You are proficient with Google Analytics and other relevant analytics and reporting tools.
• You have mobile app development knowledge with ReactNative.
• You have experience with personalization in the mobile app experience in context of managing loyalty programs.
• You have experience with headless CMS platforms (e.g. Contentful, Content Stack, Storyblok) is a plus.
• You have demonstrated expertise in A/B testing, multivariate testing, and other optimization techniques.
• You have experience developing DX solutions using Next.js. GraphQL, and ReactNative.
• You are familiar with ADO or other application lifecycle tool.
• You have a strong understanding in Git, Azure Architecture, Object Oriented Programming, and RESTful API
• You have experience with Data Privacy and implementing compliance measures with tools like OneTrust
• You have strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
• You have excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and drive actionable insights.
• You have strong project management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple initiatives simultaneously, and problem solve
