About The Role
Join Immutable as a Senior Data Scientist specializing in Rewards Optimisation. Reporting to the Head of Data, you will play a pivotal role in optimizing the rewards ecosystem at Immutable. Your primary responsibility will be to ensure that our reward programs meet efficiency objectives through rigorous quantitative analysis of market conditions, user interactions, and extensive experimentation.
Key Responsibilities
- Optimize and Measure Rewards: Develop data-driven strategies to achieve business objectives.
- Conduct Quantitative Research: Analyze market data and user interactions to inform strategic reward decisions.
- Hypothesis Generation and Experimentation: Focus on continuous improvement through experimentation and evaluation.
- Predictive Modeling: Develop models to forecast user behavior and support targeted growth initiatives.
- Data Visualization and Reporting: Create visualizations and reports to communicate insights to stakeholders.
- Collaboration: Work closely with Product, Engineering, Tokenomics, and Design teams to align data analysis with business strategies.
- Stay Current: Keep up with industry trends and advancements in data science and related technologies.
Required Skills and Experience
- Advanced SQL expertise for data manipulation and analysis.
- Extensive experience in applying probability theory and statistical methods.
- At least 3 years of experience in data science or a related field.
- Proficiency in data analysis, modeling, and visualization.
- Strong stakeholder management skills.
- Experience in designing and implementing scientific experiments.
- Passion for emerging technologies such as crypto, NFTs, and games.
Bonus Points
- Expertise in optimizing reward programs beyond standard loyalty programs.
- Experience with quantitative finance.
- Proficiency with Looker for data visualization.
- Knowledge of behavioral psychology principles.
