At Rinsed, we are revolutionizing the $15bn Car Wash industry with our innovative software solutions. As a B2B SaaS company, we provide car washes with the tools they need to transition to a subscription model. Our software is currently installed at over 1,800 car washes nationwide, managing more than 5 million car wash memberships.
About the Role
We are seeking a driven and intellectually curious Software Engineer to join our fast-growing startup. In this role, you will help shape the DNA of our product, team, and culture. You will contribute to the technical aspects of new product development and make strategic decisions alongside the founders and the rest of the development team.
Key Responsibilities
- Write efficient, clean, and well-tested code.
- Work closely with your mentor to define and implement software requirements.
- Analyze requirements, follow up with stakeholders, and communicate product changes internally.
- Collaborate cross-functionally and externally to build and improve Rinsed products.

You are a driven, self-disciplined, and naturally curious individual. You are a strong collaborator who is transparent about progress on tasks, seeks feedback early and often, and works effectively with the team. You are pragmatic and have a bias for action, even when solutions are imperfect.

Salary Range
- $165,000—$185,000 USD
