About the Role
The Compute Production Platform team at Datadog is seeking a Software Engineer to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining critical secrets management tooling and provisioning that power Datadog’s products. You will work closely with internal engineers and open source maintainers to build reliable and scalable services, libraries, and automation for identity management at Datadog.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with internal engineers and open source maintainers to build reliable and scalable services, libraries, and automation for identity management.
- Use best practices to create seamless experiences for users.
- Dive deep into OAuth, Vault, Cloud Provider IAM, and related systems.
Who You Are
- You can operate independently, methodically experiment, rapidly iterate, and have no fear of failure.
- You are experienced in IAM concepts, OAuth, Golang, Cloud Providers, Kubernetes, and Linux.
- Bonus: Prior experience with Hashicorp Vault, PKI, and gRPC.
