Position Overview
Deutsche Bank Technology in Berlin is looking for a dedicated L3 Application Support Engineer to join our Anti-Financial-Crime Technology team. This role is crucial in supporting the development and maintenance of applications critical to our operations.
About the Job
Our Berlin tech center is a vital part of our global network, focusing on technical excellence and innovation in financial services. You will be involved in coaching and facilitating agile processes within the teams developing products for the AFC function. This includes setting standards, implementing controls, and ensuring compliance with global legal requirements.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and conduct testing procedures to ensure software functionality and performance.
- Investigate and resolve issues where applications do not perform as expected.
- Drive quality assurance practices to support business development.
- Collaborate with counterparts across the business to raise QA standards.
- Record defects and collate metrics for KPI reporting.
Skills and Experience
- Profound knowledge in testing concepts and methodologies.
- Extensive experience with automation and performance tools such as Loadrunner, Gatling, and Selenium.
- Familiarity with SQL, Oracle, and CI/CD pipelines.
- Experience in monitoring tools like Grafana and Prometheus.
