Job Overview
Wells Fargo is seeking a Lead Software Engineer to join our dynamic team in San Leandro, CA. This role is pivotal in designing and implementing software solutions that meet both business and regulatory requirements. As a Lead Software Engineer, you will be responsible for supporting and customizing the SDL Tridion Content Explorer, ensuring alignment with the vendor roadmap and product limitations.
Key Responsibilities
- Design Solutions: Provide design solutions to satisfy business and regulatory requirements.
- Customization: Support the customization of SDL Tridion Content Explorer.
- Collaboration: Interface with software and infrastructure architects to ensure design alignment with enterprise standards.
- Remote Interaction: Work with remote resources both onshore and offshore, including shared services teams and partner applications.
- SDLC Artifacts: Responsible for all Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) artifacts and ensuring code passes security gates.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related technical field.
- Experience: Minimum of five years in application development and implementation.
- Technical Skills:
- 5 years of experience with .NET
- 4 years of experience with SDL Tridion content management system
- 5 years of experience with C#
- Experience with Microsoft .NET and SharePoint-based applications
- Experience with ASP.NET, C#, Microsoft SharePoint, and IIS Server
- Experience with SQL Server and Oracle databases
