Job Overview
We are seeking a highly experienced and motivated Senior Technical Project Manager to drive the successful integration of information technologies. This role is pivotal in managing all aspects of the integration process, including project planning, resource allocation, risk management, communication, and stakeholder engagement.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive integration plans that align with company goals and objectives.
- Lead cross-functional teams through the integration process, including project planning, resource allocation, risk management, communication, and stakeholder engagement.
- Collaborate with key stakeholders, including senior leaders, to ensure smooth integration.
- Define and monitor key performance metrics for integration projects, including timelines, budgets, and quality of deliverables.
- Develop and implement best practices and standard processes for integration projects.
Experience and Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in technology integration project management roles.
- Proven track record of successfully managing complex integration projects.
- Experience with Salesforce integrations or similar CRM, NetSuite integrations or similar ERP, and IPaaS implementation experience with Bamboo/DayForce or similar HR system.
- IPASS implementation experience with Azure AD.
Education
- Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification is required.
