Overview
Rabobank is seeking a Tech Lead Data & Insights for the Identity & Access Management (IAM) department. This role is pivotal in setting up the tech delivery for the new Area IAM Data & Insights, enabling, monitoring, and providing oversight to ensure Rabobank is in control of all security capabilities and compliance processes of IAM.
Responsibilities
- Tech Delivery Setup: Establish the tech delivery for the new Area IAM Data & Insights, building up data capabilities within the Tribe IAM.
- Team Leadership: Take responsibility for your squads to all IAM stakeholders, driving continuous improvement and DevOps maturity.
- Policy Compliance: Ensure that IAM-related standards and policies are followed on your tech stack, including security policies.
Skills and Experience
- Professional Expertise: At least 5 years of relevant work experience with a preference for a Master's degree in a relevant field.
- Leadership: Experience in leading and building (onshore/offshore) DevOps teams.
- Communication: Excellent communication skills in Dutch and English are required.
- Data Management: Extensive experience with data management, data reporting, and data products/building blocks in line with data architecture.
