Overview
Rabobank is seeking a Tech Lead IAM for Engineering to support Identity & Access Management by setting up the Tech delivery for the Area IAM4Engineering and provide the IAM Identity Fabric to support engineering (8000 Rabo Engineers and thousands of machines).
Responsibilities
- Asset Onboarding: Lead a squad responsible for creating digital services for automated self-service asset onboarding, co-creating built-in solutions for application & admin accounts, and migrating apps to future-proof authentication methods.
- Certificate Management: Oversee a squad providing trust to the bank through PKI and certificate services, managing certificate compliance & reporting, and supporting transition towards quantum resilient PKI.
- Identity & Account Management for Machines: Manage a new squad responsible for managing identity and accounts for machines, identity compliance reporting, account discovery and remediation services, and asset discovery and onboarding services.
- Access Management for Machines: Direct a squad managing roles/policies for machines, access requests for machines and third parties, segregation of duties for machines, and managing IAM user interface for engineering.
Key Qualifications
- Academic thinking and work level with preferably a Master degree in a relevant field of expertise.
- Professional with 5+ years of relevant work experience (incl. working in Simplify@Scale environment)
- At least 10 years of (managerial) experience
- Excellent communication in Dutch and English is required.
What We Offer
- Salary up to €130,000 based on knowledge and experience
