About the Role
As a Solutions Engineer at Oneflow, you will be a key player in our engineering team, dedicated to solving technical problems and enhancing customer success through our SaaS platform. You will collaborate closely with sales, customer success, and development teams to deliver tailored solutions that integrate seamlessly with various systems like HRM, CRM, and ERP.
What You'll Do
- Work alongside the sales team to understand customer challenges and provide both functional and technical solutions.
- Deliver compelling presentations, demos, and proofs-of-concept (POCs) to effectively showcase how our solutions meet unique customer needs.
- Serve as a trusted advisor, offering insights and best practices to optimize business processes through our SaaS platform.
- Provide technical support during RFPs and RFIs, collaborating with product and engineering teams to influence product features and priorities.
Skills and Requirements
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, capable of engaging a variety of technical and executive audiences.
- Strong understanding of SaaS applications and technical competence in integrations and REST APIs.
- Experience in a pre-sales role within a SaaS environment is highly desirable.
