The Role:
Join ClickUp as a Senior Solutions Engineer and become a pivotal part of our Sales and Success teams. In this role, you will partner with sales and success to deliver compelling technical presentations that explain our products and integrations to both prospective and current clients. Your responsibilities will include resolving technical issues, facilitating data migrations, and implementing custom solutions using automations. Additionally, you will design, develop, deploy, and manage customer-specific proof of concept (PoC) projects, build custom reports, and dynamic dashboards for prospective clients' management teams, and assist with the functional and technical elements of RFPs.
Responsibilities:
- Partner with sales and success teams to deliver technical presentations.
- Resolve technical issues and facilitate data migrations.
- Implement custom solutions using automations.
- Design, develop, deploy, and manage PoC projects.
- Build custom reports and dynamic dashboards.
- Assist with RFPs.
Qualifications:
- 6+ years in a customer-facing role with technology, ideally in pre-sales, consulting, implementation, or sales enablement.
- 2+ years of demonstrable success working with Enterprise clients is preferred.
- Strong understanding of application deployment processes for successful Cloud transformation.
- Excellent customer-facing skills, including the ability to influence technical and executive audiences.
- Creative problem solver with an eagerness to learn new technologies.
- Hands-on experience with integration platforms like Unito, Workato, Zapier, and Integromat.
