Role Description
As a Technical Support Specialist at Baseten, you will be integral to our customer success team. Your main responsibilities will include troubleshooting technical issues, providing timely customer feedback, and supporting the deployment of machine learning models. You will work closely with our engineering team to improve our product based on user feedback and help optimize our manufacturing processes.
