How can you make an impact?
We are looking for a Solution Developer to support the U.S. School Group (K-12) on specific product and project requests and requirements for use in our new Career Education (CTE) Programs. This role collaborates with cross-functional teams to help design and implement new courses and experiences.
This role is remote, and candidates must reside somewhere within the United States.
What you will be doing:
- Build courses as part of a dynamic, cross-functional product development team, working on a range of assets (print, digital, audio, video, eLearning, learning objects, etc.) in alignment with customer, market, and product requirements and specifications.
- Work closely with vendors on print and digital solutions and support platform-specific requests.
- Manage project intake and oversee project execution using Smartsheet and other relevant project management software.
- Research detailed concepts, guidelines, and processes as relevant for international programs in accordance with needs/requests.
- Track and follow approved workflows at all stages and communicate intermediate and final schedules.
- Collaborate on cross-functional teams to ensure that market requirements, product requirements, project schedules, project budgets, and product objectives are met.
- Conduct quality assurance testing of digital assets within a variety of authoring tools, digital platforms, and courseware management software.
- Work closely with Production, Product, and other teams to ensure that customer and/or market requirements, project schedules, and goals are met.
What We Are Looking For:
- Bachelor's degree in education, instructional technology, instructional design, or related field, or equivalent work experience.
- The ability to manage and deliver multiple projects to deadline and budget simultaneously, with minimal oversight.
- Experience with print and/or digital production development, content authoring systems, learning management systems, project management tracking software, and other learning development tools is welcome.
- Excellent communication skills with strong verbal and writing and presentation proficiency. Candidates can visualize, describe, and model product solutions for a variety of customers, both internal and external.
- Highly organized and able to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-oriented environment with an attention to detail and commitment to accuracy, quality, and on-time delivery.
- Collaborative, experienced team player with problem-solving skills who is dedicated to meeting and exceeding customer expectations.
- Diverse computer skills, expert-level in office productivity software, MS Teams, Sharepoint MS Excel and Word, PowerPoint, Adobe Acrobat, some knowledge of Adobe multimedia tools, and content management tools.
Salary and Benefits
The pay range for this position is between $50,000 - $70,000 annually. Additionally, a full range of medical and/or other benefits may be provided, depending on the position offered.
