We are at an exciting stage in our growth and need someone who is just as excited to help scale our affiliate program to new heights.
About the Role
As the Demand Partnerships Team Lead, you will be responsible for the full sales cycle, from scouting potential partners to closing deals and ensuring successful partnerships. You will work closely with our Head of Partnerships and lead a team to scale up this new area of our business.
Key Responsibilities
- Understand Our Offering: Deeply understand our affiliate offering and positioning to creatively work with other travel companies.
- Pipeline Management: Actively scout and maintain a healthy pipeline of prospects from large travel companies across the industry.
- Pitch and Close Deals: Pitch our suite of affiliate solutions to relevant prospects and close multi-million Euro deals with the largest travel players.
- Build Sales Organization: Develop relevant processes and hire the right people to help achieve our targets.
- Lead Customer Success: Work closely with our Customer Success team to build proper processes and set partnerships up for success.
Who You Are
- You have at least 8-10 years of proven experience in sales within a travel environment.
- You have experience building and leading teams.
- Large, multi-million Euro targets/quotas don’t scare you.
- You are a strategic thinker who enjoys the challenge of closing deals.
- You are comfortable with (semi) technical discussions about APIs, White Labels, and Reporting.
- You have experience building out a dedicated sales process.

Location
This position is based in Amsterdam, Netherlands. We are considering candidates who are based in or open to relocating to the Netherlands.
