About the Role
As a Senior Pricing Analyst in the Growth department at Bolt, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the strategic allocation of resources for campaign spending. Your primary responsibility will be to optimize spending decisions to help the country team achieve their growth targets. This involves wrangling complex datasets, setting up and analyzing A/B tests, and using statistical techniques to guide decision-making.
Responsibilities
- Campaign Management: Own the spending decisions for your assigned markets. Optimize these decisions to maximize growth and ROI.
- Data Analysis: Handle large volumes of data, develop testing hypotheses, and conduct A/B tests and other experiments to guide your decision-making process.
- Collaboration: Work proactively with Expansion Managers, Marketing, Operations, and local teams to drive collaboration and maximize investments.
- Innovation: Identify valuable opportunities within the team and contribute to the global campaigns team playbook, processes, and product requests.
About You
- Educational Background: BS in Mathematics, Economics, Computer Science, Information Management, or Statistics.
- Experience: At least 4 years in an analytical role dealing with large volumes of data. Experience in consulting, pricing/discount strategy, and/or on-demand services is a plus.
- Technical Skills: Proficient in SQL and Excel. Experience with Python or R and BI tools like Tableau, Power BI, or Looker is advantageous.
- Soft Skills: Strong collaboration and excellent communication skills are essential. You should be fluent in English.
