Senior Growth Analyst

As a Senior Growth Analyst at Bolt, you will be a pivotal member of our Growth team, responsible for making informed campaign spending decisions and optimizing these to drive market growth. Your role will involve:
- Ownership of Campaign Spending: You will take full responsibility for the financial decisions related to campaign spending in your assigned markets.
- Data Analysis and Experimentation: Utilize complex datasets to formulate testing hypotheses, set up A/B tests, and analyze results using statistical techniques to guide decision-making.
- Collaboration: Work closely with Expansion Managers, Marketing, and Operations teams to maximize investment returns and drive effective collaboration.
- Opportunity Identification: Proactively identify valuable opportunities within the team and contribute to the global campaigns team playbook, processes, and product requests.
About You
- Educational Background: BS in Mathematics, Economics, Computer Science, Information Management, or Statistics.
- Professional Experience: At least 4 years of experience in an analytical role, handling large volumes of data. Experience in consulting, pricing/discount strategy, or on-demand services is a plus.
- Technical Skills: Proficient in SQL and Excel. Familiarity with Python or R, and BI tools like Tableau, Power BI, or Looker is advantageous.
- Soft Skills: Excellent communication skills and a strong collaborative spirit are essential.
- Language Proficiency: Fluency in English is required.
