About the Role
As a Growth Analyst at Bolt, you will be an integral part of the operational side of the Growth team. This role offers a unique opportunity to directly influence the growth and expansion of our services across multiple markets. You will work closely with Expansion Managers, Marketing, and Operation teams to implement and optimize growth strategies.
Responsibilities
- Campaign Management: Own the spending decisions for campaigns in your assigned markets. Work with your team lead to optimize these decisions to help the team reach their growth targets.
- Data Analysis: Handle complex datasets and collaborate with your team lead to develop new testing ideas for campaigns in your market.
- A/B Testing: Own the testing roadmap from end to end, including setting up tests and analyzing results using available tools.
- Operational Support: Implement incentive campaigns end-to-end and deliver regular operational activities with minimal guidance. Support the team with ad-hoc analysis and enhance visibility by building dashboards.
About You
- Educational Background: BSc in Mathematics, Economics, Computer Science, Information Management, Statistics, or Business.
- Experience: 1-2 years of business experience, ideally with a strong foundation in data analysis and campaign management.
- Skills: Proficiency in SQL and Excel is essential. You should have a basic understanding of statistics and experience in A/B testing.
- Personal Traits: Analytical mindset, excellent communication skills, team player, and a strong desire to learn.
