About the Role
As the Senior Analytics Manager specialized in Investment Modelling and Financial Planning and Forecasting, you'll be pivotal in steering our ride-hailing marketplace analytics. Your primary responsibility involves orchestrating operations, processes, and stakeholder management critical to our investment strategies. Collaborating with Data Science, Business Analytics, Growth Analytics Managers, VPs of Rides, Growth, and Product Analytics, you'll drive insights into investments related to user discounts, bonuses, pricing, and commission.
Your role heavily involves engagement with Regional and Country Managers, where your marketplace business acumen is highly advantageous.
Daily Responsibilities
- Contributing actively to the Investment and Growth Modelling strategy
- Coordination of forecasting cycles and implementation of new features in an environment of 20+ analysts, 7+ Data Scientists, and 30+ Country/Regional Managers
- Owning the coordination of feedback loops, and retro sessions across the multiple domains
- Setting OKRs of continuous improvement to the financial planning processes
- Developing and validating forecasting models in collaboration with Data Science
- Orchestrating deep dives and strategic research into investment modelling
- Working closely with business stakeholders and development teams
- Managing a small team directly
About You
- 5-8 years of experience in Analytics, Investment Modelling, or Financial Planning
- Educational background in Economics, Mathematics, Engineering, or a related Business field
- Ability to understand and contribute to Machine Learning modelling development in the context of investment modelling
- Understanding of long-term investment returns modelling and capital allocation
- Proficient in stakeholder management, operations, and process optimization
- You excel at best practices of change management and process improvement
- Marketplace business experience is a significant advantage
- Autonomous, responsible, and adept at interpersonal skills
- Skilled in project management and leading small teams
