As the Engineering Manager for the Notifications team at Whatnot, you will be at the forefront of developing a world-class messaging framework. Responsibilities

- Collaborate with product and design teams to influence the strategic direction of the Notifications team.
- Advocate for technical solutions that support the growth of Whatnot.
- Plan and manage projects, ensuring alignment with broader business goals.
- Recruit, mentor, and retain high-performing engineering teams.
- Handle stakeholder management effectively, balancing competing priorities and navigating ambiguity.
