💻 The Role
As a Software Engineer on our Growth team, you will have significant ownership and velocity to impact the company's top-line metrics. You will be involved in understanding our buyer and seller experiences and becoming experts in our business metrics. The role involves prioritizing high-impact features and shipping them quickly, providing you with the freedom to research and find new opportunities to drive the product direction.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement features that help new sellers become successful and new users understand and love the product.
- Work on projects necessary to grow the company faster, including authentication, activation, email/notifications, SEO, and performance marketing.
- Build scalable systems using Python, Elixir, and JavaScript.

- 5+ years of full-time software engineering experience in high-growth startups.
- A bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
- Proven track record of delivering features quickly and efficiently.
💰 Compensation & Benefits
For US-based applicants, the salary range is $185,000 - $245,000 per year, plus a comprehensive benefits package including stock options. Benefits include a flexible time off policy, company-wide holidays, comprehensive health insurance, support for remote work, generous care benefits, retirement plans, and parental leave.
