About The Role
We are seeking a Senior Data Scientist to join our Growth team. This role involves working with sales and marketing data to build complex predictive demand models. The ideal candidate will combine strong analytical skills with marketing acumen to guide optimizations to our growth strategies.
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain predictive models for sales growth, customer behavior, and lifetime value.
- Create a dynamic portfolio model to assess various scenarios for allocating spend across various channels.
- Work closely with the Growth and Finance teams, providing insights into business opportunities for incremental revenue growth.
- Lead the quantitative analysis to provide insights that help the CEO, CFO, and VP of Growth understand marketing performance and member behavior.
- Create and maintain dashboards for key marketing metrics using SQL, R, Python, or other scripting and statistical tools.
- Identify opportunities for growth and efficiency in our marketing funnel.
- Translate complex data insights into actionable recommendations.
What You Need To Succeed
- Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or equivalent.
- 3+ years of experience in data science, preferably in a marketing or growth-focused role.
- Experience with SQL and data visualization tools (e.g., Looker, Tableau).
- Experience with Python, R, or similar programming languages.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to synthesize complex information and data to inform decision-making.
