About the Role
As a Senior Pricing Analyst in the Growth department at Bolt, you will play a pivotal role in driving the company's strategic initiatives through data-driven insights. Your main responsibility will be to oversee and optimize campaign spending decisions across various markets, ensuring the most effective allocation of resources to maximize return on investment (ROI).
Responsibilities
- Campaign Management: Own the spending decisions for campaigns in your assigned markets. Optimize these decisions to help the country team achieve their growth targets.
- Data Analysis: Wrangle complex datasets to generate testing hypotheses. Set up A/B tests and other experiments, analyzing results using statistical techniques to guide decision-making.
- Collaboration: Work proactively with Expansion Managers, Marketing, Operations, and local teams to drive collaboration and maximize investments.
- Innovation: Identify valuable opportunities within the team and contribute to the global campaigns team playbook, processes, and product requests.
About You
- Educational Background: BS in Mathematics, Economics, Computer Science, Information Management, or Statistics.
- Experience: At least 4 years in an analytical role dealing with large volumes of data. Experience in consulting, pricing/discount strategy, and/or on-demand services is a plus.
- Technical Skills: Proficient in SQL and Excel. Experience with Python or R and BI tools like Tableau, Power BI, or Looker is advantageous.
- Soft Skills: Strong collaboration and excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. Fluent in English.
