Senior Site Reliability Engineer - Platform

About the Role

As a Senior Site Reliability Engineer (SRE) at Monta, you will play a crucial role in building and managing the infrastructure that supports our innovative EV charging platform. Our infrastructure is primarily built on Kubernetes on AWS, and you will be responsible for ensuring its reliability and performance. You will collaborate with various teams across the organization to assist with infrastructure and performance-related tasks.

Key Responsibilities

Infrastructure Management: Build and manage infrastructure using tools like Kubernetes, ArgoCD, and Crossplane.
Observability: Develop and maintain our observability stack, including Grafana, Loki, Mimir, and Tempo.
Performance and Reliability: Assist and support the organization in performance and reliability tasks.
OnCall and Incidents: Participate in on-call rotations and incident management.
Tooling and Automation: Build tooling and automation, with a preference for using Go.

Your work will have a significant impact on our products and processes. You will help maintain high availability and low incident rates, empowering our engineering teams to maintain productivity.

Required Skills and Experience

Proficiency in Kubernetes and AWS.
Experience with observability tools like Grafana and Loki.
Familiarity with service mesh technologies such as Linkerd.
Knowledge of Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools like Crossplane.
Experience with GitOps practices using ArgoCD.
Programming skills in Go, Python, Bash, and familiarity with Kafka, Java, and PHP.
Ability to work independently and in a team, with a pragmatic approach to problem-solving.

Location

This position is based in Copenhagen, Denmark, and requires on-site work.

Salary

The salary range for this role is 45,000 - 55,000 DKK per month, depending on experience.
